The culture of endowment, which is rooted in Islamic tradition, has played an effective role in shaping societies and promoting social welfare throughout history. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in studying the spread of the culture of endowment and historical endowments in various regions, including Kashan city. The aim of this research is to investigate the factors affecting the increase in the productivity of historical endowments in Kashan city and its impact on the development of society. The research method is descriptive-analytical and data and information are collected in the form of documents and surveys. Given the nature of the subject and objectives of the research, the type of research is applied. In the library studies section, articles were reviewed, and in the field studies section, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The study area of historical endowments is the area of Kashan city, and the statistical population of the research is clerics and students covered by the Kashan Seminary Service Center, which includes 19 seminaries and 5,792 male and female clerics. The sample size was determined as 116 people based on the sampling formula. The research findings show that the variable of the role of officials and managers and the identification of needs and deficiencies of existing endowments are two factors effective in increasing productivity within the historical endowments of Kashan city.
